We know this is the "boring legal stuff," but it's important. These Terms & Conditions are the rules of the road for using our website (walkwoven.com) and shopping with us. We've tried to write them in the clearest way possible, without all the confusing jargon.

We do our best to be perfect, but we're human!
Accuracy: We try to make sure all photos, descriptions, and prices are 100% accurate.
Mistakes: Sometimes, a mistake might slip through (like a typo or a wrong price). If we spot a mistake on an order you already placed, we will contact you immediately to find a solution (like a refund or correcting the order).
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice.
Colors: We try our best to show product colors accurately, but your computer or phone screen might show them slightly differently than they look in real life.
4. Placing & Paying for an Order
Your Order: When you place an order, it's technically an "offer" to buy. We've "accepted" that offer only when we send you an email confirming your items have been shipped.
Our Right to Cancel: We have the right to cancel or limit any order, at any time, for any reason. This could be because an item is out of stock, we suspect fraud, or there was a pricing error.
Payment: We make payment easy. We accept Bank Transfers, USSD, 2checkout, and major credit/debit cards. We also offer Payment on Delivery (POD) for many eligible products in Nigeria. You agree to provide current and accurate payment and shipping information for all purchases.
5. Shipping & Returns

In short:
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days (as noted in our FAQ).
We offer a 14-day return policy for most items (as noted in our FAQ).

6. Our Brand is Ours (Intellectual Property)
We've worked hard to build the Walk Woven brand. Our name, logo, photos, website design, and all the text we wrote are our property (our "Intellectual Property").
Please don't use any of our property for any commercial purpose without getting our written permission first.
7. Your Reviews (User Content)
We love when you leave product reviews! If you do, please be honest, respectful, and constructive.
What you're agreeing to: When you post a review, you give us the right to use, share, and display that content on our site and in our marketing (don't worry, we'll never use it in a weird way!).
What not to post: Please don't post anything hateful, illegal, false, or spammy. We have the right to remove any content that violates these rules.
