We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from Walk Woven. We know that sometimes, an item just isn't right. If you're not completely in love with your order, we've made our return process as simple and fair as possible.
Our 14-Day Promise
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Help! What if my item is damaged or wrong?
This is our top priority. Please inspect your order the moment it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We are so sorry about this, and we will make it right. We'll work with you to immediately arrange a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover all return shipping costs.
How to Start a Return (for any other reason)
Contact Us First: Please send an email to return@walkwoven.com or use our website's Contact Form.
In your message, please include your Order Number and the reason for the return (e.g., "changed my mind," "doesn't fit," etc.).
Wait for Approval: We'll review your request and get back to you within [e.g., 24-48 business hours] with instructions on where to send your package.
Ship the Item: You can then send the item back to us.
Important Details (Shipping & Refunds)
Return Shipping Cost This is our "fair" policy:
If you are returning an item because it was damaged, defective, or we made a mistake, we will 100% cover the cost of return shipping.
If you are returning an item for any other reason (like "changed my mind" or "doesn't fit"), you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refunds Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will send you an email to let you know.
If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method (e.g., your bank card, account, etc.). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
What Can't Be Returned?
As you can understand, a few items are final sale. We cannot accept returns on:
Custom-made or personalized products.
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
Gift cards.
